Conditions of Sale- Artwork and Mirrors


All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after delivery.  We will, at our option, either send replacement part(s) or replace product.  Merchandise will not be accepted for return without return authorization.  Upon approval, merchandise must be properly packaged (preferably in original carton) to prevent damage. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGE MUST BE MADE TO ARTLINE WHOLESALERS INC. WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DELIVERY OR CARRIER WILL NOT HONOR CLAIM.

 

Conditions of Sale- Artificial Plants


Artline warrants its products to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for the period of: one year (silk plants and trees), and 4 years (preserved palms).  During the warranty period, Artline will provide material to repair or replace products which are proved to be defective with proof or purchase.  Only products which have been installed in a controlled indoor environment are covered by this limited warranty.  The warranty does not cover damage caused by any of the following: abuse, improper use, negligence, accident, modification, changes due to improper cleaning methods, failure to maintain specified environmental conditions, or changes caused by normal wear from exposure to sunlight.  Warranty does not cover damage due to accidental watering of plant or tree trunks.  Artline’s liability shall be limited to an amount not greater than the actual purchase price of the product.  Artline shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages relating to the purchase or use of such products.  Note: All tress and plants are potted and shaped.  Stock varies with availability.  Heights listed are overall height from base of container.

Custom orders, non-stock size shades and ceramic lamps are not returnable. NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGE MUST BE MADE TO ARTLINE WHOLESALERS INC. WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DELIVERY OR CARRIER WILL NOT HONOR CLAIM.
